About Us
Our Story
Vittles Catering is a family-owned catering business based in Minneapolis, MN. Together, Greg & Chelsea Miller created Vittles Catering and have dedicated their business to Greg’s mom who passed away in 2012 and always referred to supper as “vittles”.
Greg and Chelsea live in south Minneapolis with their youngest child, Madi and their rescue dog, June. Luci, their eldest daughter is currently on campus at the U of M. They are very involved in their South Minneapolis community and enjoy spending time with friends, in nature and traveling.
Greg Miller
Greg has a degree in culinary arts and his expertise and passion for delicious food are the result of over twenty five years’ of kitchen experience, ranging from preschool cooking classes to gourmet catering. After working in kitchens large (over 70 staff) and small, he pursued his dream and started Kabomelette one of our food trucks, and Vittles Catering with Chelsea.
Chelsea Miller
Having worked in fundraising and social work, Chelsea’s talents are now being put to use serving customers and managing the “non-foodie” aspects of Kabomelette. She enjoys working with all of the customers from brides to festival organizers. Her claim to fame is to keeping the planning process simple and to the point! She believes in working with her clients to make planning the food for their next event stress-free and effortless.
